#1 GHL Services Company · Clutch 2026

A development team that knows Go HighLevel properly.

We work with Australian marketing agencies that have outgrown what GHL can do on its own. When you need a real Xero or MYOB integration, a custom AI workflow, a snapshot you can deploy across thirty clients, or a white-label SaaS that doesn't fall over — that's what we build.

Who we work with

Three kinds of agency tend to find us.

Most of the work we do for Australian clients falls into one of three shapes. If your situation sounds like one of these, we'll probably be useful to you.

Growing agency

You have several clients on GHL and the setup is starting to leak.

Different snapshots for different verticals. Custom fields that don't quite line up. A growing Zapier bill. Weekends spent fixing automations instead of pitching.

SaaS reseller

You're on the Pro plan and the integration limits are costing you tenants.

One tenant wants Xero. Another wants MYOB. One needs a membership platform GHL has never heard of. You're saying no and losing them — or stitching it together with Make and hoping it holds.

GHL Melb · 03 Brisbane · 07 Adel · 08 Sydney · 02 Perth · 08
Multi-location operator

You're running operations across several locations and can't see what's happening.

A real estate group, a gym chain, a clinic network. Five locations on five sub-accounts. No unified reporting. Lead routing on a spreadsheet. GHL gave you the tools — what's missing is the architecture.

What you'd see in production

A middleware layer, live.

Every integration we build is observable. You can watch the data move, see what failed, and replay anything that didn't. This is a stripped-down view of what runs in production for our clients.

What we do

Five services, each with a real price.

These are the engagements we run most often for Australian clients. Pricing is in AUD and reflects what most projects of this shape actually cost.

01 — INTEGRATIONS

Custom integrations to the platforms GHL won't connect to.

Two-way sync with Xero, MYOB, Stripe, HubSpot and anything else with an API. Built as proper middleware rather than Zapier chains — observable, testable, recoverable.

02 — SNAPSHOTS

Snapshots, productised.

Vertical-specific, reusable, documented. Deploy in under an hour.

$3,200 — $7,500per vertical
03 — AI

AI workflows, evaluated & grounded.

AI receptionist, sales qualifier, or follow-up agent. Grounded in your client's pricing, services and SOPs. Built to a higher standard than a prebuilt GPT with a logo on it.

Hi, looking for a physio in Bondi.
We've got Wed 9:40 or Thu 7:15. HICAPS on the spot — most major funds covered.
Thu 7:15, thanks.
$6,500 — $18,000per agent
04 — SAAS

White-label SaaS build-out.

Pro-plan agencies that need a real layer underneath: tenant isolation, Stripe Billing, audit logs, self-serve onboarding, and per-tenant integrations.

$14,000 — $42,000scoped per stage
05 — MANAGED OPS

Managed operations.

We monitor what we built, patch upstream drift, and keep improving it.

Recent work

Three builds we shipped this year.

Client names withheld — most of our Australian clients prefer their own clients don't know there's a development team behind the curtain. References after the first call.

Marketing agency ● Brisbane · QLD Allied health vertical

An allied health snapshot, deployed 14 times in six months.

An agency specialising in physios, chiros and podiatrists kept rebuilding the same GHL setup for every new client. Each onboarding took three to four days. Margins were getting thin enough that they were considering raising prices or turning clients away.

What we built A productised allied health snapshot with Medicare-aware booking fields, HICAPS-style intake forms, an AI receptionist trained on physiotherapy terminology, and a one-click deployment flow for new clients.

White-label SaaS ● Melbourne · VIC Tradies & home services

From 23 tenants to 71, without adding a single engineer.

A consultant running GHL Pro as a branded SaaS for tradies and home services had stalled at 23 tenants. He couldn't say yes to MYOB sync, couldn't offer real reporting, and was losing roughly one tenant a month to limitations he couldn't work around in no-code.

What we built A middleware layer built on Supabase and Node that exposed a tenant-aware API. Stripe Billing for proper subscription management. A self-serve onboarding flow, white-labelled reporting, and audit logs. MYOB and Xero sync as a paid tier-up.

Real estate group ● Sydney + Perth 38 agents · 7 offices

Seven offices, 11,000 leads, no clear ownership.

A residential real estate group running GHL across seven offices and 38 agents. Inbound came from realestate.com.au, Domain, social ads, and walk-ins. Lead routing was a spreadsheet. Commission disputes happened most months and the CEO had no visibility from source to settlement.

What we built A deterministic routing engine on top of GHL — assignments by suburb, agent specialty, current load, and SLA. A WhatsApp Business middleware so agent replies posted back into the right contact thread. A CEO dashboard tracking source through viewing, offer, and settlement.

How an engagement runs

Three steps. You'll know what's coming.

Most engagements run the same way. We've kept it simple because the work itself is complicated enough.

What it costs

Three shapes most projects fit into.

We've shown the prices so you can make a decision before you book a call. If your project doesn't fit, the audit will tell you in twenty minutes.

one-off · 2–4 weeks

A specific thing that's broken or missing. One integration, one workflow rebuild, one snapshot you'd like to productise.

  • Audit and diagnosis included
  • Fixed scope, fixed price
  • System documentation at handover
  • 14-day post-launch bug-fix window
The operate

Common questions

Things people usually want to know.

Yes — most of our Australian client relationships start that way. About 60% begin with a single integration, usually Xero or MYOB sync, in the $3,500–$8,000 range. If the first piece of work goes well, we keep going. If it doesn't, you've still got what you paid for and you're not locked into anything else.
Then we'll tell you. About one in four audits we run end with us saying the setup is good and recommending three small fixes you can do yourself. We'd rather give you a clear answer than sell you work you don't need — and you're more likely to come back when you do.
Yes. This is one of the most common things that breaks for Australian GHL agencies, so it's part of our standard scope rather than a specialist add-on. We've worked through brand registration, campaign approval, throughput limits, and the specific rejection patterns that come up for Australian SMS senders.
You do. Source code goes into your GitHub, credentials live in your vault, and you'll receive a System Design Document, runbook, and architecture diagram at the end of every project. If you ever wanted to take it in-house or move to another team, they'd have everything they need to continue.
In your existing infrastructure — your GHL account, your Supabase project, and your AWS region (most Australian clients use ap-southeast-2). We don't copy production data into our environment for development. Our access is role-based, audit-logged, and removed at the end of the project. We can sign an Australian Privacy Principles addendum if you need one.
The audit gives you actionable findings within two days, regardless of whether you move forward. Most builds reach production in 8 to 12 weeks. Operational improvements — faster response times, fewer manual hours, recovered revenue — generally show within the first month after launch.
Yes, on a dedicated team arrangement rather than a permanent hire. One or two engineers can work exclusively on your account for three to twelve months at a time. It's a monthly retainer model rather than project-based, and it tends to suit agencies past around $1M in revenue.

A 20-minute call. Clear answers either way.

Bring the workflow you've been avoiding, the integration that broke last week, or the client request you've been quietly dreading. By the end of the call you'll know whether it's a configuration problem, an architecture problem, or both — and roughly what it would cost to fix.
